Refund & Return Policy

At Holy Leather, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. This return policy is valid for the all countries.

We offer 30 days refund and return policy. You can return or exchange items (except custom order) within 30 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange. To request a return or refund please contact us at holyleathers@gmail.com

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within next 10 to 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 5 to 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

The customer is also entitiled for refund/return, in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products has some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered

In case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us.

Note: Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
