To request a return or a refund, contact us at "holyleathers@gmail.com". We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days form the delivery date of your item, no questions asked, the cost of the return is free meaning that you won't have to pay for shipping the item back to us as we will provide you with a return label. Upon receival of the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, which will arrive within 3-5 days from the refund issuing date.

Please note that we cannot accept a refund or order cancellation request if the item has not been delivered yet. Once the item is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
